Chefs required for busy city centre hotel. Assisting in the preparation of a lunch, Afternoon tea, Evening meals in a traditional Irish restaurant, whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness will be required. Previous experience in hospitality industry is preferable. Uniform is provided, Meals on shift are provided, statutory breaks are paid. Accommodation may be available for the right candidate. (see below) Salary can be negotiated depending on experience.
We can offer a private room in staff accommodation close to the city centre at a subsidised rate for the right candidate.
Duties include :
- Ingredient Preparation,etc.
- Food Preparation
- Cleaning kitchen and equipment.
- Maintain HACCP records.
- English language skills essential.
- Ability to work in fast paced, professional kitchen under pressure during peak hours.

Pay: €15.50-€17.00 per hour
