As our Senior Project Manager for Web Transformation, you will be at the heart of our digital evolution. You'll spearhead the delivery and daily operations of our web squads, translating the vision set by the Director of Web into tangible, high-impact results. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who thrives on guiding squads, navigating complexity, and achieving ambitious goals by inspiring and influencing those around them.
Strategic Delivery

Drive the end-to-end delivery of key web initiatives, ensuring every project aligns with our strategic priorities and delivers measurable business value.
Flawless Execution

Transform our high-level strategy and product roadmaps into clear, actionable delivery plans, milestones, and well-groomed squad backlogs.
Agile Leadership

Lead and empower cross-functional delivery squads, implementing and masterfully applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) to optimize workflow and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Cross-functional ways of working

Act as the central communication hub, bridging our Design and Engineering (DBE) teams to ensure seamless collaboration from concept to launch.
Risk & Governance

Proactively identify and dismantle delivery roadblocks, expertly managing risks and dependencies to ensure a smooth path to completion while upholding organizational standards.
Transparent Communication

Communicate with clarity and confidence, providing regular, insightful updates on progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels.
Deep, hands-on expertise in leading agile teams and running delivery squads in a Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid environment.
Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with a talent for making complex situations clear and actionable.
A resilient and adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and solving complex dependency puzzles.
Agile delivery certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP-ACP) are a plus, but we value your practical experience just as highly.
