We are Hiring: Catering Assistants (Full- Time & Part- Time)
As a Catering Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our residents by supporting the chef prepare nutritious meals, helping to deliver high-quality, resident-centred dining experiences, in line with food safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Catering Assistant is helpful but not essential, full training will be provided

A friendly, approachable manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate and engage positively with residents, colleagues and visitors

Ability to work well as part of a team

HACCP or other food safety training is advantageous, however not essential as this training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Setting up the kitchen and satellite kitchens for daily service
Working from the kitchen/ satellite kitchen serving breakfast, lunch, dinners and teas
Day to day cleaning of the kitchen/ satellite kitchens
Taking meal selection (orders) from residents
Follow all dietary requirements and HACCP procedures
