This role will represent the company in the field, developing and executing an effective sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and build strong, lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on revenue generation and customer satisfaction
- Identify new markets, industry trends, and customer needs through research and networking
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to build new business opportunities
- Promote and position company products and services in line with client objectives
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines
- Provide reliable after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
- Convert new business opportunities into key company accounts
- Deliver accurate and realistic sales forecasts to the Management Team
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role
- A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including remote working when required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational, time management, and planning abilities
- Good market knowledge and commercial awareness
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
