About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC & Refrigeration Installation Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the installation of commercial and industrial air conditioning, refrigeration, and ductwork systems across a range of projects.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations, working safely, and maintaining excellent standards on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of air conditioning systems including split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and heat pump systems.
- Installation of refrigeration systems and associated pipework.
- Installation and modification of ventilation and ductwork systems.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation specifications.
- Mounting indoor and outdoor equipment, supports, brackets, and containment systems.
- Copper pipework installation, brazing, pressure testing, and commissioning assistance.
- Working alongside project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and housekeeping on-site.
- Completing installation reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or ductwork installation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical installation experience.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Safe Pass (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Desirable
- F-Gas Certification.
- Manual Handling Certification.
- IPAF, MEWP, or Working at Heights certification.
- Experience with VRF/VRV systems.
- Refrigeration trade qualification or relevant HVAC certification.

Pay: €55,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
