Cash Processing Administrator:
Your role
As a Cash Processing Administrator your challenges will include:
Coordinate all activities related to cash transactions including cash entries and outlays, direct debits, etc.
Review the different transactions performed by clients, identify the potential defects or unusual operations and report to team leader;
Proactively propose action plans to be set up in case of discrepancy
Create reports to management on a regular basis;
Control and process transactions for bank property account (MM, cash derivatives,)
Ensure real-time escalations of any possible operational incidents/loss/complaints to his Team Leader
Requirements
Two-year university degree (BAC+2) related to the area of expertise and/or at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of banking operations;
Good knowledge of market practices related to cash transactions
Good knowledge of computer based tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
Fluent in English and French
This is a short mission of 6 months, so it's required this availability
