About Us:
We are a group of companies operating across the Food and Agri sectors, retail and ecommerce, each with its own brand identity and target audience. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to create and manage content across our brands and platforms. This role suits someone who loves getting stuck into content creation, is comfortable on the ground at events and tastings, and wants exposure to a broad mix of marketing — from in-house video to paid ads to agency-led creative. Our brands include: Agvance.ie , Animalfarmacy.ie , Solanti.ie
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and post engaging content (photo, video, copy) across social media platforms for our brands in the Food and Agri space..
- Represent the brands at events, tastings, and other in-person activities.
- Produce video content in-house, from filming through to editing.
- Work with our Meta and Google Ads consultant to support and inform paid social and search campaigns.
- Collaborate with our creative marketing agency on Solanti, gaining exposure to a broader, agency-led approach to brand and campaign work.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across each company's marketing output.
- Manage and grow social media channels for each brand.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and partners.
- Support email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
- Track and report on content and campaign performance, using insights to improve future activity.
- Assist with product launches and marketing collateral as needed.
- Support the team with marketing material, ordering and packing where required.
Key Requirements:
- Great energy, initiative, and a positive, hands-on attitude are essential.
- Confident creating content (photo/video/copy) and comfortable being the one behind the camera as well as in front of it.
- Solid knowledge of social media marketing, branding, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable using Canva or similar tools for graphic creation.
- Willingness to travel to events and tastings as required.
