The Role As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for helping customers and supporting our workshop team with their parts requirements.
Your duties will include:

Helping customers identify and order the correct parts.

Providing information on parts availability, pricing and delivery times.

Ordering parts from suppliers.
-
Receiving and checking deliveries.
-
Managing stock and keeping the parts department organised.

Working closely with the Service Department and technicians.

Preparing parts for vehicle repairs.

Handling customer and workshop orders.
-
Arranging special orders when parts are not in stock.

Promoting genuine Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories.

Processing invoices and parts transactions.

Keeping accurate stock and customer records.

Providing excellent customer service at all times.

Previous experience in an automotive parts role is an advantage but is not essential. Training will be provided for the right person.
