We are recruiting a part-time Finance Administrator for 24 hrs p/week based in our Bagenalstown Service, but you may be required to work across all locations from time to time. Working hours will be 9.30 am & 5.30 p.m. These hours may vary and are with a view to increase over time.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the administrator will undertake a range of functions to ensure effective day to day administration of Beam Services.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
· A recognised qualification in office administration and or book-keeping.
· Strong numerical skills are required.
· ECDL preferable.
· Minimum 1 year working in a similar administration role.
· A high level of IT, record keeping & administrative skills required.
· Strong knowledge of GDPR Guidelines
· Applicants must have excellent teamwork & communication skills and be highly motivated.
