We are currently looking for a reliable, hard-working animal lover to join our team at our busy dog kennels.
This role involves hands-on work with dogs and the care of two resident ponies, so it’s important that applicants are comfortable around animals and happy with physical, outdoor work in all weather.
- Daily cleaning of dog kennels and work areas.
- Feeding, exercising and caring for dogs.
- Monitoring animal health and wellbeing.
- Cleaning and mucking out stables.
- Feeding, grooming and general care of two resident ponies.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and animal welfare.
- Have a genuine love for animals, especially dogs.
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Be comfortable with cleaning and physically demanding tasks.
- Have experience with dogs and/or horses. (preferred but not essential)
- Be able to work independently and as part of a small team.
This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with animals and doesn’t mind getting stuck in.
