Purpose of the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially aware Packaging & Innovation Executive to help drive the next stage of Clóna’s growth. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the development of new products, packaging improvements and commercial opportunities. The successful candidate will work across multiple departments to coordinate projects from concept through to launch while ensuring packaging meets customer, regulatory and operational requirements. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in packaging, NPD, technical or commercial food manufacturing who enjoys working across different functions.

Skills & Experience:
- Degree or qualification in Food Science, Packaging, NPD, Business or related discipline.
- 2-5 years’ experience within food manufacturing.
- Experience of packaging development or NPD would be advantageous.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good commercial awareness.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with retailers would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of packaging legislation desirable.Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work Schedule
- 5 days a week - Monday to Friday
