Senior Marketing Manager – Quinlan’s Kerry Fish
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Quinlan’s Kerry Fish. This is a key strategic role responsible for leading and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns across our brand and product range.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven individual to help grow brand awareness, support our retail and food service presence, and showcase our premium seafood products both locally and internationally.
You will be a key player in executing our digital strategy — someone who moves fast, stays focused on goals, and uses creativity, technology, and data to deliver results. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels
- Create engaging content including graphics, posts, short-form video, and campaign materials
- Support distributor and partner marketing campaigns
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Assist in managing and optimizing website content
- Create, manage, and optimize engaging digital content across all online platforms
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand identity and messaging
- Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Marketing role, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly creative with strong attention to detail and brand awareness
- Ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging messaging
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Experience in food, hospitality, or premium Irish produce is a distinct advantage
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
- This is a full-time role, working 5 days over 7
- Salary is competitive and aligned with the current market, based on experience
Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
