We at EasyPayroll.ie are looking for an Experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Oranmore.
This is a full-time, office-based role suited to someone with at least two years’ experience working as a Payroll Specialist and a strong understanding of Irish payroll.
The role
You will work within a busy and highly technical payroll environment, processing multiple payrolls as part of a team that produces approximately 20,000 payslips each month.
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to manage several payrolls while working to tight processing deadlines.
A key part of the role will involve working with different file types, preparing efficient payroll import files and integrating payrolls into our own payroll management system. You should therefore be comfortable working with technology and willing to learn and adapt to our internal systems and processes.
Experience and qualifications
Applicants must have:
- At least two years’ experience working in at least a Payroll Clerk role
- A good working knowledge of Irish payroll
- The ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong technical and file-management skills
- A willingness and ability to integrate payrolls into our payroll management system
The following would be a distinct advantage:
- IPASS certification
- Experience using CollSoft Payroll
- Previous experience working in an Irish accountancy practice
- Experience setting up payrolls part-way through a tax year using year-to-date payroll figures
The working environment
This is an in-person, on-site position based in our modern offices in Oranmore, Co. Galway. The office is located outside the town centre, with on-site parking and local amenities nearby.

Pay: €32,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
