The Pillo Hotel Ashbourne a leading 4 Star Hotel in Ashbourne Co Meath is recruiting for an experienced Reservations Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the hotel's reservations team.
Working with the hotel's Revenue Manager and Management team to lead strategy across all segments & channels.
Maximise profitability and room revenue through effective rate and inventory management.
Monitor and analyse daily pickup, market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies
Handle all enquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all reservations via phone, email, online platforms, and direct bookings are handled with the highest levels of accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to ensure alignment of pricing and promotional strategies.
Work with the Sales and Marketing, Events and Front Office Team to maximise new revenue opportunities.
Contribute to the development and execution of the hotel's annual business and marketing plans.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a Reservations Management role, ideally within a 4/ 5-star hotel environment is essential for this leadership role.
Experience with hotel property management systems (Guestline experience would be an advantage).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and a results driven team.
Flexibility to work as required to meet business needs.

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
