As a karting track manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the karting track, including setting up the track, assisting drivers, managing the pit lane, and monitoring the track and hospitality areas. Management experience is essential.
- Track Preparation: Setting up and resetting the track for each event, ensuring it is safe and free from hazards.
- Safety Monitoring: Monitoring the track during racing, identifying and addressing potential hazards or incidents.
- Incident Management: Assisting drivers who have spun or crashed, escorting them to a safe area, and moving karts off the track.
- Staff management: Direct line responsiblity for managing track marshals.
- Communication: Reporting incident details via radio.
Skills and Qualities:
- Knowledge of karting rules and regulations .

- Previous experience in motorsports or event management (helpful but not always required) .
