This role will have responsibility for the provision of an efficient, effective and customer-focused administration service. This role is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Single Public Sector Superannuation Scheme (SPSPS) and the Nominated Health Agencies Superannuation Scheme (NHASS).
The post holder will be expected to proactively contribute to the development of Finance and HR, particularly in relation to the establishment and deployment of a Pension Management Information System.
The person must…
- Be educated to degree level in Accounting and Finance OR HR OR Business
- 3 years pension administration experience OR strong payroll/HR experience with pension exposure in HSE, Section 38/39 healthcare organisations, public sector bodies.
- Strong knowledge in pension legislation, regulation and practices
- Experience working in the day-to-day management of the Single Public Sector Superannuation Scheme (SPSPS) and any other applicable public sector superannuation scheme.
- Skilled working within a team environment
- Good Numeracy skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and experience working with Databases
- An understanding of public sector pay and pension policies, principles and practices
- Have a Full driving license.
