Hartley People Recruitment, in partnership with our client, is seeking an experienced Person in Charge to lead a residential disability service within the social care sector.

Key responsibilities:
- Providing strong leadership and direction to the staff team
- Ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports
- Promoting and embedding the values of Advocacy, Excellence, Integrity, Collaboration, and Human Rights within the service
- Maintaining full compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards
- Leading quality assurance initiatives and fostering a culture of accountability and best practice
- Safeguarding and promoting the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of all individuals supported
Qualifications & Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role within health or social care
- A relevant Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Health Care, or a related discipline
- A Level 6 Management qualification
- A proven track record of managing a residential service in line with regulatory and legislative requirements
- Strong working knowledge of HIQA standards and disability service regulations
- Experience supporting individuals with autism (desirable)
- A full, clean driving licence with eligibility to drive in Ireland and access to a vehicle
- Eligibility to live and work in Ireland without restriction
