We are seeking a General Maintenance Worker to join our team!
This role requires a hands-on professional capable of handling a wide range of maintenance tasks, from roof repairs to minor fixes, ensuring our property remains in top condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform both routine and emergency maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Repair and maintain roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building structures.
- Diagnose and resolve both minor and major maintenance issues.
- Proactively ensure the property is well-maintained and fully functional at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.
- Ability to independently manage a diverse range of tasks.
- Must have own van and a full set of tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality work.
