We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Financial Advisor to join our team. This is a new role arising due to continued growth in our business.
Role Summary:
The successful candidate will operate as a senior producing advisor across life and pensions, taking responsibility for servicing and developing an established client base. During this period, the focus will be on maintaining strong advisory standards while driving growth in recurring life and pensions revenue.
The role will involve identifying cross-selling opportunities, enhancing client review processes, improving performance reporting, and contributing to the integration of systems, CRM and operational standards within the Moneycube group.
The individual will take on responsibility for revenue growth and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
A. Advisory & Client Leadership
- Manage the full financial advisory journey from introduction to annual reviews.
- Prepare and present Statements of Suitability and client reports.
- Develop long-term client relationships built on trust and professionalism.
- Identify cross-selling and financial planning opportunities within the existing client base.
- Maintain the highest regulatory and compliance standards (CPC, AML, GDPR, etc.).
B. Commercial & Business Development
- Take ownership of personal revenue targets and contribute to overall business performance.
- Review and develop the existing client bank to increase life & pensions penetration.
- Build and maintain relationships with introducers and key referral partners.
- Develop scalable propositions aligned with Moneycube standards.
- Contribute to revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Track KPIs through CRM and performance dashboards.
C. Leadership & Succession Development
- Support and mentor junior advisors and support staff.
- Drive consistency in advice standards and CRM usage.
- Lead internal case reviews and performance discussions.
- Work closely with Moneycube leadership to align strategy and reporting.
- Representation of the business within the wider Moneycube leadership group.
Skills & Qualification requirements
- Qualified Financial Advisor designation essential;
- At least eight years’ experience in investments and pensions;
- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate client and team needs;
- Effective time management and decision making skills;
- Diligent follow up skills to manage sales pipeline and client requirements;
- Strong track record of revenue generation and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and business development capability.
- Experience mentoring or leading others in an advisory setting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Excel, CRM, and performance tracking;
- Experience leading or mentoring others in an advisory or commercial context;
- Experience contributing to business budgeting or forecasting.
- Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications;
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to build confident presentation and public speaking abilities.
Working environment
- 37.5 hour per week time commitment.
- Permanent role based in Dublin with flexibility to work from remote locations from time to time.
