Part-Time Receptionist and Customer Care Lead - Butlers Chocolates
Description
Butlers Chocolates have an exciting opportunity for a professional, enthusiastic and people-orientated candidate to join our amazing Head Office team. This role is not your typical 9-5 and will involve liaising with multiple departments as well as being a primary Customer Care Lead in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing all calls in a professional manner
- Manage a busy switch
- Maintaining the presentation of the Reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails
- Lead out on customer care issues
- Ordering packaging and office supplies
- Assisting the company managers/directors as required
- Arranging couriers/taxi's
- Provide the public with general information about the company products and services
- Manage courier systems
- To provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing customer service queries
- Logging and reporting customer service and follow up – Chocolate Products
- Ensure maintenance and filing of records and administration pertaining to customer related documentation
- Recording and completing paperwork for Customer Service
Skills Required
- An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages is essential
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be friendly and confident
- Customer Care/Reception: 1 year (preferred)
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term, Specified-purpose
Pay: From €14.30 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
