We are looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Poultry Farm Pre-Audits, Sales & Customer Service Administrator.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines fieldwork, administration, customer service, and sales. You will work closely with poultry farmers to prepare for Bord Bia audits, build strong customer relationships, support sales activities, and ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare poultry farms and documentation for Bord Bia audits.
- Coordinate and complete all audit administration, including closing out audits and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise with farmers and customers to ensure audit requirements are met.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support sales activities and develop strong customer relationships.
- Carry out deliveries as required.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Essential Requirements
- Full clean driving licence.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, farmers, and colleagues, and to complete audit documentation and administrative records accurately.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven sales experience.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in agriculture, sales, customer service, or administration.
- Knowledge of Bord Bia Quality Assurance Standards or similar quality assurance systems is an advantage; however, full training will be provided
