Position: Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Agency Role
Location: County Offaly and surrounding areas
Salary: Competitive hourly pay, paid weekly
Contract: Flexible agency shifts (days, nights, weekends)
As an HCA with Access Healthcare, you'll work with leading care providers across Offaly, supporting individuals in a variety of settings. Whether you're seeking full-time hours or a few shifts a week, this role offers the flexibility and variety that suits your lifestyle.

Provide compassionate personal care and daily living support
Assist with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and medication support (as per training)
Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all service users
Follow care plans and report any changes to the senior care team
Promote dignity, choice, and independence for each individual you support
QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (Minimum of 3 Core Modules)
Minimum 6 months recent experience in the Republic of Ireland
Ability to work independently and adapt to different care environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland
