Online Sales Processor
We are looking for an experienced customer-focused Online Sales Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in customer service and handling online orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in-store with sales and product enquiries
- Processing online orders accurately and on time
- Packing and preparing orders for delivery or collection
- Managing stock levels and replenishing shelves
- Handling cash/card transactions and operating payments
- Responding to customer queries via phone and emails
- Maintaining a clean and organised shop environment
- Handling Sales Rep queries and orders
Requirements:
- Previous experience - minimum 2 years
- Experience dealing with online orders and dispatch processes
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online order systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Flexible and dependable team player
- Knowledge of woocommerce online orders system will be an advantage
