Full/Part-Time Maintenance Operative (25 -40 hours/week)
We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our team on a full or part-time basis (25 -40 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
General painting and touch-up work
Cleaning and upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas
Grass cutting and basic landscaping
Car park and grounds maintenance (cleanliness, minor repairs, etc.)
General Range and site upkeep
Requirements:
Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or similar role preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safe working practices
Working Hours:
25-40 hours per week
