We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join a busy, fast-paced team.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering a strong customer experience.
You will take full ownership of customer queries from start to finish, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.

- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing and managing sales orders, including amendments
- Coordinating deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams
- Resolving customer issues including damages, returns, and credits
- Maintaining accurate records within CRM systems
- Working to service levels (SLAs/KPIs) and prioritising workload effectively
- Communicating clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
- Previous experience in a customer service or order management role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
