We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent culinary skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations
- Develop and maintain high-quality menus and daily specials
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and food cost control
- Work closely with management to improve operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Handle busy service periods calmly and effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for quality food and customer service
- Culinary qualifications are preferred
