We are looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the focal point of contact for customers , both in person and over the phone, requiring service & repairs.
Must possess excellent communication skills to liase with different areas of the service department and customers ensuring smooth running of the workshop.
Manage telephone queries and appointments
Preparing job cards and processing invoices
Contacting customers for any additional work required for their vehicle
Understand and adhere to Manufacturer requirements.
Ideal candidate will have:
Strong customer service and communication skills
The ability to explain information clearly to customers
Knowledge with the Motor Industry would be desired but not essential
Full, clean driving licence
Organisational skills
Good computer knowledge required
