Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service to all customers.
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Handle cash and card payments using the till system.
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Set up and close the bar according to company procedures.
- Ensure all areas meet hygiene and food safety standards.
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Requirements
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help colleagues.
- Good attention to detail.
- Fluent English.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
