Warehouse & Operations Coordinator – Eircover
About the Role:
Eircover is looking for a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to manage daily order processing, customer communication, logistics, and warehouse organization.
This is a hands-on role combining administration, logistics, customer service, driving, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Check for new orders daily, with priority given to express deliveries
- Register new orders in the system and print invoices and shipping labels
- Pick orders from the warehouse and prepare shipments for dispatch
- Coordinate delivery schedules and combine shipments where possible
- Conduct monthly physical stock checks and identify any discrepancies
- Organize and optimize warehouse space for efficient storage and incoming stock
- Plan delivery routes for marquees and gazebos to optimize time and transport costs
- Deliver marquees, gazebos, and other products to customers when required
- Communicate with customers and couriers regarding orders and deliveries
- Assist with general warehouse and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, order processing, or administration is preferred
- Full Category B driving licence required
- Confident and experienced driving on busy roads in Dublin and surrounding areas, as well as on rural roads
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and order management tools
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out warehouse tasks
- Most items weigh between 10–25 kg, with some items requiring the handling or movement of loads over 30 kg
- Valid Manual Handling Certificate required
- Good attention to detail and a responsible approach to work
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
