Truly Dental is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to support the operational success of multiple practices across the Dublin region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in dental practice management who is ready to oversee multiple locations and help drive business performance.
Provide operational support and leadership across multiple dental practices.
Work closely with Practice Managers and clinical teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including revenue, patient growth, and chair utilisation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
Coach, mentor, and develop teams to improve engagement and overall performance.
Previous experience within the Irish dental sector.
Strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of practice operations.
Experience managing KPIs and supporting multiple sites.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
This is a full-time role based in Dublin.
Regular travel between Dublin practices will be required.
The role involves working closely with Practice Managers and clinical teams.
This role is best suited to someone with strong leadership, commercial awareness, and operational management experience.
