Barlo Motor Group are a leading Motor Dealer Group who have three dealerships located in the counties of Tipperary and Kilkenny. We operate Main Dealer Franchises for Ford, Hyundai, Nissan, Isuzu & Suzuki. A role has come available for a Parts Advisor at our Nissan/Suzuki/Isuzu Dealership based in Kilkenny. Level of experience will be reflected in wage offering. If you are an experienced, dynamic and driven Parts Advisor or Aftersales Advisor you may be interested in this exciting new opportunity.
The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
- 3 years of experience in a Dealership Parts/Aftersales Advisor role
- Enthusiastic about the Nissan, Isuzu & Suzuki brands, along with the vehicles and services we offer
- Strong technical knowledge
- Customer care focus
- Team Player, but can also work on their own and use initiative
- Vision and strategy skills
- Full, clean driving licence
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Meeting customers and developing an understanding of their requirements and preferences.
- Liaising with customers on an ongoing basis.
- Ensuring all documentation relating to parts inwards and invoicing are correctly processed.
- Administration, invoice preparation.
- Other ad-hoc work that will arise in a busy parts department.
- Maximising profitability and commercial opportunities.
- Effectively market, Parts, Accessories, and Lubricants.
- Monitoring and working towards monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Ensure that outstanding payments are collected from the customer.
