We’re looking for a motivated, organised and creative person to join our growing team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role
No two days are the same! You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office while helping to grow our online presence and engage with our customers.
Your Responsibilities
- General office administration and daily administrative tasks
- Managing emails, phone calls and customer enquiries
- Assisting with bookings, schedules and office organisation
- Maintaining records, databases and spreadsheets
- Supporting the management team with a variety of administrative duties
- Creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Scheduling and managing social media posts
- Responding to social media messages and comments
- Helping to promote our seasonal events through creative content
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and other exciting projects throughout the year
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent administration and organisational skills
- Is confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Has experience managing business social media accounts
- Has a creative eye for content and understands what performs well online
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is highly organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a busy environment
- Experience with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Full driving license required for occasional work-related travel
