We are looking for an experienced Bartender who will work well as part of our team in The Brehon Bar!
Responsibilities

Serving our guests to the high standards expected

Serve food to customers in The Brehon Bar

To have a clear understanding of the menu

To ensure guests needs and expectations are met

To communicate and co-operate with the kitchen team to assist in the smooth running of service

To be knowledgeable about the local area and facilities within the Hotel

Mix & serve alcoholic beverages including cocktails.

Handle customer payment transactions
-
Clean glasses and bar utensils
-
Must be able to prioritise and manage the time accordingly to the workload.

Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Good level of English required.

Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
