This role is a variable hours position; hours of work would be based on business needs so the candidate must be fully flexible.
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager , you will assist our successful accommodation team in providing the best hospitality to our guests.
Your new role involves delivering a consistently high standard of guest service while building and maintaining excellent client relationships. You should have a good personality, good people skills, be guest orientated, have a caring attitude and a fine attention to detail. An excellent command of the English language is essential. Previous experience in a hotel is essential
Duties will include:
- Ensuring your team provide exceptional levels of service for every guest
- Rostering of staff in a an efficient manner in line with budgets and business needs
- Ensuring that the accommodation is of highest standard.
- Have a good understanding and working relationship with all areas within the company group
- To ensure that all standards are maintained
The ideal candidate will:
- Ability to drive excellent customer care
- Knowledge and experience of rosters and budgets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
