We immerse ourselves into the background and history of the brand to find that one great RAW idea! From that, we build, we create, we deliver to turn that idea into a polished campaign.
We offer our clients a full range of live marketing activation tools, to effectively engage directly with their customers. Breaking down campaigns to their simplest – or rawest – form, allowing us to pinpoint marketing strategies to their target audience.
Duration: 1st Oct 2024 – 25th January (4 months)
Shift: Monday to Sunday (Poll of staff to cover 7 days)
Shift Time: 10.00 – 19.00
Skills and Experience:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Fluent English (Native/C1)
· Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stress.
· Knowledge of public transportation systems.
· Basic computer literacy for ticketing and information systems.
· Previous customer service experience is essential.
· Authorization to work full time in Ireland
Role Responsibilities:
· Customer Assistance: Assisting customers with ticket sales, both online and ticket vending machines (TVM’s), Greeting passengers, providing bus schedule and route information.
· Problem Resolution: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in coordination with other staff.
· Queue Management: Assisting drivers by organizing queues, monitoring boarding, and ensuring passengers board correctly.
· Safety and Security: Observing safety protocols and reporting any concerns and assist passengers placing luggage in the undercarriage.
· Communication: Announcing live updates to customers and working closely with relevant staff.
· Lost Property: Assisting with lost property procedures.
· Team Collaboration: Working with other customer hosts and staff for a cohesive environment in the airport & completing an end of shift report.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €12.70-€14.00 per hour
