Warehouse/Yard Team Leader
Wilkinstown, Co. Meath
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy wholesale distribution operation in Wilkinstown, Co. Meath.
The successful candidate will lead a small team of warehouse operatives while also taking a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support warehouse staff
- Goods receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping.
- Complete maintenance work in our showrooms & yard.
- Attend warranty call and complete remedial works as required.
- Assist with stock takes.
- Ensure operational efficiency and accuracy across the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse supervisory or team leader experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or wholesale environment.
- Good understanding of health & safety practices.
- Forklift experience/licence is an advantage.
Please note: This is a physical, hands-on role involving regular lifting, loading/unloading stock, and being active on the warehouse floor throughout the day.
