Dillon Solicitors LLP is a well established legal firm in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14. We are currently looking for a receptionist for our front of house department. The position is full time from Mon-Friday from 9 to 5.30.
Job Description
Managing phone system and greeting and looking after clients attending the office,
Diary management for a busy practice,
Monitor and respond to emails and messages promptly and professionally
sending out quarterly newsletter
Maintaining the reception area
Scanning incoming post and attaching to case management system,
Assisting other support staff with dictation typing.
Liaising with clients by phone and email,
Dictation typing, filing and preparation of documents,
Other administrative tasks to support solicitors.
A flexible, positive attitude towards work
An ability to work effectively as part of a team
A professional telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills
Professional and committed to providing an excellent service to our clients
Experience with a legal case management system is desirable
Previous experience within a similar role would be a bonus.
The above role is not suitable to law students seeking internships/training contracts
