As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive experience while supporting the sales team.
Customer Service
- Handle inbound calls and respond to product and service enquiries.
- Provide quotations, process orders, and update customers on order status.
- Resolve stock shortages and delivery issues, offering solutions promptly.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach in all customer interactions.
Sales Support
- Follow up on quotations and leads to secure orders.
- Conduct outbound calls to build customer relationships and generate sales.
- Support Area Sales Managers with customer information and sales reports.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Administration and Operations
- Input orders, generate picking lists, and produce delivery notes.
- Run daily invoicing and sales records.
- Process customer payments and update prices or discounts as required.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage stock and deliveries.
Supplier and Stock Management
- Purchase imported and domestic stock.
- Manage assigned suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Updating customers prices/discounts
- Processing customer card payments
Pay: €1.00-€2.00 per year
