.Health Care Assistants required to work in a homely 48 bed nursing home in Ballymahon, Co. Longford.
. The role of a care assistant involves assising our elderly residents with all aspects of daily living, including, washing, dressing, mobilising, toileting, and eating, as well as contributing to all tasks of daily living.
Candidates must be committed to their role and be able to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
. We are currently recruiting for both day-time and night-time workers, both part-time and full-time .
. Variable shifts apply. Successful candidates will be rosted to work various daytime 6hr and 12hr shifts, and 12hr night time shifts between Monday and Sunday.
Requirments:
. A QQI Level 5 in Care of the Older Person.
