Barron Energy Ltd. is a family run forestry business operating in biomass. We produce, supply and delivery high quality woodchip. This role will involve delivery to customers and on-site work across the South East.
We are seeking a motivated, independent operative to carry out a range of duties both as part of a team and independently. This job has a variety of tasks, and has a changeable nature depending on the customer's needs.
This role requires travel across the South/ South East of Ireland.
Requirements:
- Full clean Irish CE Artic licence
- Safe Pass
- Manual Handling
- Fluent in English
Main Duties:
- Delivering loads to clients, supplying woodchip boilers using walking floor, tipper trailers, and tractor and trailer.
- Brach recovery / Ash harvesting using track machines, forwarder work and an industrial woodchipper.
- Chipping on site for clients.
- Liaising with clients
- General maintenance of machinery
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Desirable:
- First Aid course
- Forestry Forwarder Ticket
- Strong Mechanical Knowledge
Pay: From €45,000.00 per year
