We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands on Bar Manager to join our team at Bar Square.The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong leadership and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the bar.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory.
- Monitor GP, reduce waste, and control costs.
- Create staff rotas and manage labour efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Assist with promotions, events, and new menu or cocktail development.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Bar Manager or senior supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and bar operations.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Pay: From €32,000.00 per year
