I am hoping to recruit two enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educators (Permanent) to join our vibrant, inclusive and committed team. We are a small country service, operating from 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday, for 45 weeks per year. We have strong links with the community and local schools in the surrounding areas.
· Minimum QQI level 6 in Childcare is preferred; however, an ambition to attain a graduate degree is highly desired. Qualification level and prior experience will dictate the role offered: Room Leader or Assistant Educator.
· Have a kind, caring and patient disposition.
· Understand how to plan and implement learning and education within the Preschool setting following Aistear and Siolta guidelines.
· Work alongside the lead educator and other staff in the service.
· Follow all policies and procedures in place throughout the service.
· Liaise with parents and Aim workers where applicable.
