Restaurant Supervisor - Clanree Hotel
The Clanree Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Restaurant and banqueting functions, ensuring all guests receive the highest possible standards of customer service in line with Clanree Hotel standards.

Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant and functions

Supervise and support team members during service

Ensure all guests are welcomed and served efficiently, professionally, and in a friendly manner

Coordinate table plans, bookings, and service flow as directed by management

Maintain a strong knowledge of menus, beverages, and daily specials
-
Assist guests with menu choices and provide recommendations when required

Monitor service standards and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit

Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating to management where necessary

Ensure all food and beverage charges are processed accurately in line with procedures

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and work areas

Ensure all hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards are strictly adhered to

Support the training and development of team members

Work closely with kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service

Assist in achieving sales targets through upselling and excellent service

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead by example and support a team in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach

Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
