Title : Receptionist/ Secretary
Duties
- Answering and making telephone calls.
- Assisting at Reception with Patients and others attending the clinic.
- Making and recording appointments.
- Limited typing
- Filing
- Diary and database management.
- General Office duties.
- Ordering and maintaining sufficient stationery and supplies.
- Basic Bookkeeping to include issuing bills and receipts, maintaining insurance etc.
- Such other duties as the Employer may assign.
- The Employee shall at all times be polite and considerate to patients and other employees in the performance of his/her duties
