- Understanding Customer Requirements and ensuring the delivery of first-class customer service.
- Planning, arranging and monitoring shipments/deliveries
- Liaising with Customers and Suppliers / Service providers.
- Operation of the company’s IT Systems
- General office duties.
- Other tasks as required.
