About Elf Town Dublin
Elf Town Dublin is Ireland's leading Christmas experience, welcoming thousands of families each festive season.
For 2026, we are looking for talented, enthusiastic and energetic performers to help bring our magical world to life. Successful applicants will become part of a cast of elves, festive characters and storytellers who create unforgettable memories for children and families throughout their Elf Town journey.
The Role
As a Christmas Performer, you will portray a variety of Elf Town characters, interacting with guests in an immersive environment and delivering scripted and improvised performances throughout the day.
This is a highly interactive role requiring confidence, energy and a genuine passion for creating magical experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform as an assigned Elf Town character.
- Interact confidently with children and families.
- Deliver scripted scenes and improvisational moments.
- Maintain character throughout the guest experience.
- Work closely with fellow performers and management.
- Help create a warm, welcoming and magical atmosphere.
- Attend rehearsals, training sessions and costume fittings.
What We're Looking For
- Confident and engaging personality.
- Strong communication and improvisation skills.
- Comfortable performing in front of groups.
- Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Experience in acting, theatre, entertainment, childcare, teaching, hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
Essential Requirements
- Available throughout the Elf Town Dublin season.
- Available for rehearsals and training before opening.
- Comfortable working with children and families.
- Right to work in Ireland.
