Job Title: Contract Manager
Salary: €70,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: Across multiple sites in the Leinster region
Work Environment: Hybrid working model with regular site visits
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee Facilities Management services across multiple client sites in Leinster. You will be responsible for operational delivery, client relationships, supplier management, compliance, and commercial performance, ensuring high-quality service across all locations.
Key Responsibilities of the Contract Manager:
- Manage hard and soft FM services, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
- Build strong client and supplier relationships.
- Oversee compliance, health & safety, audits, and risk management.
- Manage service issues, incidents, and escalations.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and commercial performance.
- Produce client reports and identify opportunities for service growth.
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain service standards.
Key Requirements of the Contract Manager:
- Strong Facilities Management experience across hard and soft services.
- Experience managing clients, suppliers, and multiple sites.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements.
- Strong commercial awareness and reporting skills.
- Relevant technical qualification required.
- Full drivers licence.
- Retail or multi-site experience desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive, and solution-focused.
- Strong commercial and operational management abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
