Working in a well established cafe and coffee shop this job requires candidates who can prepare and cook multiple orders in a fast paced environment. From breakfast dishes to salads, stirfry, sandwiches, soups, baking and coffees. As well as this you will be required to maintain standards of cleanliness and adhere to Haccp. Relevant experience of cooking in this type of establishment is required. Current Haccp certification is required. We expect all of our kitchen team to also be able to work on the floor taking orders, running dishes, using the till, interacting with customers and so on.
This position is 5 days from 7 with weekend work an essential part of the job. There will be the occasional requirement for evening work but most of the hours are day time. Rate of pay is dependant on experience and is negotiable.
