We are now recruiting a full time Restaurant Manager for our busy restaurant in Cork city to join our existing management team.
We are a restaurant of 140 covers over 2 floors in the heart of Cork and we are dedicated to providing the best possible food, working closely with local producers and showcasing the best Irish produce. We open 7 days per week. During the summer we add an extra 60 covers on our terrace in the heart of Cork.

You will join a professional and motivated management team that is well supported and resourced. You will work closely with our owners to ensure that the standards that we offer continue to develop and that all guest requirements are met.
You’ll need to have at least 4 years experience at a management level in a similar setting. You’ll be financially and computer literate, used to managing and working with a committed team and be interested in all of the further growth opportunities our company has to offer.
