About the Role
Bitfit Lab is looking for a proactive and results-driven Native Chinese Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs across the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and a solid understanding of the technology talent market.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for blockchain, Web3, engineering, product, and business-related positions.

Lead recruitment activities across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other Chinese-speaking markets.

Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, blockchain communities, referrals, and networking events.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and international team members to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.

Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.

Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives within Chinese-speaking blockchain communities.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology, blockchain, Web3, fintech, or startup environments.

Native-level Chinese proficiency (Mandarin) is required.

Good English communication skills

Proven experience recruiting candidates in China and other Chinese-speaking markets.

Strong understanding of the Chinese talent landscape, recruitment channels, and candidate networks.

Experience sourcing both technical and non-technical talent, including engineers, product managers, marketers, and business development professionals.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing tools.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous recruitment experience within blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, or fintech companies.

Existing network within Chinese-speaking blockchain and crypto communities.

Experience hiring remotely across APAC or global markets.
